A whole shoulder and a split ham for a impromptu BBQ today
All the bellies Not the ideal arrangement but they aren't touching each other in many places. Waiting on another big smoker to get here and I'll transfer some of the bellies into it once it's fired up.

The last pieces are off after 15 hrs. Total of 200 lbs today with 40 lbs eaten by guests. Pretty good day smoke wise

They all look really great Hook . In fact so darn that good I am wondering just how many guest there were too eat up 40 lbs .

About 15 adults and 20 kids. Sliced and Fried up about 10 lbs of the bacon for people to try.
