if cattle rustlers were still being hung like they should be...
By what rule of law does property theft = the death penalty?

https://codes.findlaw.com/tx/penal-code/penal-sect-9-42.html
LOL... Did you even bother to read your link?
It says nothing of death penalty for property crime.

It's just a wordier Texas version of... Exodus 22:2
"If a thief be found breaking in and be so smitten that he dies, there shall be no blood
shed for him."

I read it . Your question was where in the law is the right to the death penalty for theft.
Better go back and read your questions.
Cause there it is. Unless I am missing anything you steal justify deadly force, that's the death penalty by law.

An 11 yr old 4-H'er in Wisconsin received $10,332 for his 246 lb show hog at county fair 4-H sale.
He (and his family) donated the entire windfall to the Diemel family.
He said it was his idea because he couldn't imagine what he'd do if he lost his Dad or cousins.

Sad they can't hang that lowlife  good to see someone donate their act of hard work to their family, doesn't bring them back, just good people helping out.

No reason they shouldn't hang him. If we brought some of that stuff back some people would shape up a little. I never been scared of the law. I got 2 dads and couple grandpas and a boss that would have been more scary than Jail growing up. That's what our country is missing anymore.

Atleast put a few body parts on stop signs and other areas, any coward can spend life in prison, see how many can handle eye for an eye, crimes would be reduced in no time.

Apparently he threw them into the tub grinder as it was hauled away to the lab for forensics.

He may be a fan of the movie Fargo, where they used a wood chipper.

But if he fed the brothers as part of a TM ration, what evidence is left for forensics to work with?

This is beyond disgusting, but in reality, if a body where run through something like a TMR, their would be a lot of evidence left in the various cracks and crevices associated with a piece of machinery like that....

BTW... this highlights a need for a puke face emoji as never before!!!

Blood and bone/tissue fragments lodged along edges of mixer.

Apparently Joey owed the brothers $300k and rather than take him to court for fraud, they decided to confront him in person. Not too many options for an ex-con, go back to jail or get rid of the issue altogether.

There's probably a reason they chose not to take him to court. People who have the law on their side tend to use it.
