    Grasshoppers

Wow , that stinks. I would love to hear about some experiences with pesticides to control them. We have them my way also. I just thought it was something we just had to deal with.

    Do you even try?

I say yes, try! I am right there with you. We are slowly going thru and "turning catus to grass". It is slow going but I have seen some improvements. Of course, we have hay (and good neighbors with more grass) but long term I think we will get there. Wherever there is!

Looks like the D word is back for East Texas-drought

We are supposed to get rain over the next few days. Hopefully we do. We don't have the weed problem that we did last year but I am starting to see the bitter weed and thistle starting to come up. Slowly but surely.

    UTV Disc Harrow

Anyone own a UTV disc harrow like the ones sold at Tractor Supply? If you do, any feedback would be much appreciated. I am looking to use it to disc some areas that are hard/scary to get to with my tractor. Thanks.

    Rye grass questions

I am in Paige, Texas and in the same boat. I am not going to reseed. I am seeing the grass come up in some places. I hope the rain we got will do the trick. Last year we got good results.
