Have you ever heard of Condemnation Laws? The Gov't just takes your property for the "public good"!

I've heard of eminent domain laws that the government takes your land for public use. I lost 5 acres to eminent domain in 1985, because it was in the middle of a 55k acre WMA. But I did get a little compensation.
