Neither quite meet your requirement but three bulls that sell really well here in NE Kansas that are borderline are:
Mohnen Substantial: thickest calves from heifer bull I've seen. Not a lot of length or height.
Connealy Black Granite: moderate calves but look great
Connealy Thunder: great for people keeping replacements
