That looks an awful lot like some of the stuff I've been seeing. What's your plans there?

It is owned by my family and plan is too buy it if they decide on selling vs replanting in pines. If they sell and I buy then I would probably clear half of the cutover and other half let it go back into pines.

True story but you can never have too much land. The reason I been selling off the majority last year and this year is so I can have a good amount of $ to put towards the land. They have been speaking on selling but not sure when but when they do I want to have the $ ready to go.
