A cull is slang for someone elses problem cows. When you "cull" a cow from your herd, you are sending her to sell, usually at a livestock auction. In the context of shanenils post, he is talking about a cull for disposition probably.

Most people cull for things like disposition, fertility, performance, even age. Some people culls could be other peoples best cow, just depends on your program.
