I looked up similar info about 3 years ago and I think there were less than a dozen back then. I'm thinking this increases the number of market options for producers beyond the sale barn which is a good thing.

I reckon it sounded a bit dense but with the consumer being so finicky I was wondering if you couldn't use this list to figure out what the next "hot item" was going to be. I've only heard of the top two and Laura's lean but I don't see the latter on the list.
