This reminds me of the OKC cop that was a serial rapis. It's really unfortunate when law enforcement uses their position to satisfy nefarious urges. I hope this guy, if guilty, gets his.

Dennis Rader, the BTK (bind, torture, kill) serial killer in KS worked for ADT Security Systems and ended up as a glorified dog catcher for Park City. Clearly not the same as true law enforcement but still using his job(s) as a means of scoping out & subsequently preying on his victims.

US Border Patrol spokesperson stated, criminal actions by employees will not be tolerated.
That's fine, but when or by who does he think it should be tolerated?
