Update on Steer w/rectal prolapse

2 weeks ago I posted about a steer that the vet ended up suturing up.... Friday we had vet out for pregnancy checks, BTW "Junior" is 13 for 14 all within 6 weeks (give or take) the one not pregnant, had no ovaries.... After that was done we ran the steer in so vet could take a look at him, he pulled the sutures out, said he was looking real good and off he went... woo hoo! :D

Nope - we had no idea.... actually these were all purchased at auction.
 
Good news, Michele, well at least about the prolapse.

Thanks Alice - actually I am not too upset about the sterile heifer.... she looked real nice this summer, but had really started to lag behind the others this winter, just not as nice of growth out of her... I knew one of the heifers was open, it was like clock work when I'd see some jumping going on. So I was happy when it was her and not one of the others! She won a one way trip to the local locker plant in about 60 days!
