Jo, we had good rain last week [and hail] 2 in total rainfall.
Temps last week have been mid 80's day and 60's night.
Sept can be a good grass month, with rain, the temps in Sept are still warm enough for our cool season grasses. Temps run from ave highs high 70's early in Sept to 60's late. Nights are 60-40. Our average killing frost is around the 25th.
