Tomorrow night we're havin fried mustard greens with potatoes and Italian sausage, a Frittata made with Zuchinni and Yellow squash, and a salad of sliced tomatoes fresh mozzerella, and basil fresh from the garden.

The whole meal is out of the garden and darned good for ya.

Good catch Lammie, it surely does do that.

Except for the occasional steak or burger this is the kind of diet we eat in the summer. When it gets cold it's back to lots of red meat and Pasta.
