Stupid question??????

I have a sort of dumb question but I was thinking about this while out feeding this afternoon.

With the border issues and tag requirements as well as brand requirements for each country USA and Canada, what do the guys do that own land connected on both sides of the border and run cattle?

I know this is very common in Saskatchewan and southern Alberta.

Also are they cattle Canadian or American? :?

Just listen to the cows, the ones that say "Mooo,...eh?" are the Canadian cows.
