Stuart Anderson, founder of Stuart Anderson's Black Angus Steakhouse chains, passed this week. He raised his cattle right up over the river from us in KIttitas County. We can see that ground from our place. The elk that run from our place over the river -- they go up there. It is now called Springwood Ranch; owned by over-seas owners. The "club house" hosts lots of weddings and other gatherings there.
