Well, spring has sprung around here, snow's pretty much gone, just some left on the north side of the bush. But that didn't stop me from making a bit of a hike to the bush.
Water in the pasture, and greening up
Clump of Kentucky Bluegrass in the three-leaf stage
Sun breaking through the clouds on the water
Willow swamp
Water's so clear on a windy day
Little clump of dead birch
Oh so tall! (Those are swamp spruce btw)
Looking over a mossy log into the woods
Looking through the trees to the field and yonder
Grasshoppers already??
Outside the bush/woods, on the southwest side.
Old twisted spruce stump outskirting a puddle
Spruce seedlings among tall aspens/poplars
Fresh moose sign, probably went through here this morning.
Dang that's a tall spruce!
Looks like a little shelter...nope, I didn't make it..
Unkown (what are they??) seedlings growing in the spruce needles
