Spring Fence clips

My neighbor uses these clips because of arthritis in his hands and really likes them. He gave me a handful and I admit they are rather handy but the skeptic in me always is looking for whats wrong with them. So I ask if anybody has used these and how do they hold up for any length of time?

They are kind of expensive at about .15 each with freight. Their bulk boxs which are cheaper are sold out. Not sure what they cost. I'm interested in them for just quick repairs, not new construction where the clips come with the posts.

I sure like the idea. My worry would be how well they stay on with the local deer traffic. I feel like I get the normal ones on pretty good, yet they still get knocked off from time to time. But those sure would be a time saver when putting up new fence.
