Cattle got through 4 rung barbed wire fence. Advice?

There are members on here that also say woven wire in areas that get high snowfall is not workable. The snow drifts just push the fence over.

YOUR TIME AND MONEY IS BETTER SPENT PUTTING UP WOVEN WIRE FENCE. RATHER THAN CHASING COWS. IT WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF MISERY IN THE LONG RUN. IT WOULD CHANGE YOUR MIND TO SEE AN ANIMAL CUT TO PIECES IN BARB WIRE.

Woven wire is great, lots of it around here because of hogs in the old days. However, who could afford to put it up vs 6 wire.

Also, have to have a couple strands of barb on top anyway or they'll ride it down.
