As urban sprawl comes closer to you, things change. Im out now never to get back in. Miss it some days but as I sell the land off Im moving to the lake. Biggest problem Im going to have is down sizing all my stuff. Going from several hundred acres to just 4 acres....LOl may have one of those city slickers show yards!
