Sold a 7 year old commercial Hereford cow that lost a calf to buzzards back in the winter. She had preg checked open a few weeks ago so sold her. I knew she was big but I was about 200 lbs light on my guess. She weighed 1995 and brought .65.
Most of our cows will be in the 1300-1400 range at maturity in average condition.

We put one in the freezer that was that big. She missed a calf and we planned to sell her but she looked so juicy.. Took us and most of our family 4 years to finish her off...lol.. Her T-bones were bigger than a dinner plate, i called them Flintstone steaks.... Got almost 900 pounds of meat out of her.
