thanks for the info. dun, our 350# calf had normal poop yesterday so i'm thinking he probably ate to much or the last bale we sit out did have alittle mold but not much but enough maybe to give him a stomach ache/diahrea. all the others didnt get it tho.
 
Good article, but have we not given all that same advice to folks on here over. Treating scours is not that complicated. if you want him to live you put fluids in the front end faster than it comes out the back end, then treat for secondary infections at the same time. It seems to be the same whether you're on the computer or in person you cannot convince people that their calf is that dehydrated, their re-hydration therapy is usually way to little way to late. Good article if you could get the people that need it to read the thing.
