I should have a report on the American in the next few days. A friend of mine just brought one over in a .243 to have me mount a scope on it and sight it in for him.
As far as the Tikka is concerned. I owned one a 223 with a semi bull barrel. Real nice gun throated for the 69 gr bullets and had a 9 twist. Too bad the dumbasses made the magazine so short that all you could load in it was factory 50gr bullets. Sold it for a loss and never looked at another one.
