He is a quick learner at everything and will probably be teaching us more than us teaching him. One of the many things he has going for him is that he is not entrenched in paradigms. Add that into an enviroment where we all have respect for eachother and listen to eachother as equals and good things happen, or that is how it has happened so far. Don't see how it will change much except get stronger. Sometimes I wonder if used to hold back the other three as I had a lot of ideals that needed tweaking that I was only able to recognize from their fresh perspectives. All of us are Steadfast Beef, not just one alone. They are just gracious enough to let me try to quarterback the team.
