pink eye in the winter?

Best bull calf came up with a watery eye with a spot in it, Dec i never had this before anybody else seen this???

Where is the spot, center or off center? Conventional wisdom is that if it's centered it's pinkeye, off center is IBR

Saw a few for the first time this year. I thought it was due to stress from the draught, weaning really early and altering our normal management. We didn't see much respiratory disease, especially in light of all the stress, so I assumed the vaccine protocols were sufficent- guess not.

I had a white face heifer get pinkeye right after we started feeding real dusty fescue. Put a shut eye on her and it fixed her right up.
