A Complete Dispersal –

Herd 1 – Black Balancer consisting of (44) Cows & (31) calves born in the last 60 days @ press time, age of cattle 2nd, 3rd, & 4th calvers, medium frame, 1200#, excellent udders, lots of depth, very gentle, also selling (2) Black Balancer bulls that are sires of these calves & are with cows now, (1) bull is a 3-yr. old, (1) bull is a1¾ yr. old.

Herd 2 – (28) Black Balancer heifers & (1) Red Balancer heifer, – (17) are bred & @ press time (7) have calf, (12) are open heifers, nice Balancer heifers that you can take home & bred to bull of your choosing, all raised on Fisher Farm.

(2) Small jacks – one running with each herd.

Herd Info: This herd was founded in the '50's with Hereford cows. In 1999, the herd was switched over to all Black Angus. Bulls used in the early days '80's were Tarnataise, then Black Angus from D.S. Moss, Bobby Joe Fisher, Butner & Clinton Bull Test, the last 10 years Balancer bull from J Bob – Biscoe, NC & Angus bulls from Springfield Angus – Louisburg, NC & Vandemark Angus- Spring Hope, NC. These cattle are bred to be productive off forages w/balanced mineral program, plenty of fresh water & annual vaccination program.
