Neighbors dog attack my cows

Taurus, I would probably do the same thing you are doing. It's not right that people let their dogs roam causing injury to people or other farm animals.

Or have their dogs neutered, 7 of 8 dogs that I shot were un-neutered males. The only one dog was a female feral dog.

Spade or neutered animals tend to not be as aggressive. Maybe you should suggest that to your neighbor.
