I have a calf who seems to be navel ill, i got some shots from the vet to treat it for about 7 days. today was the 7th day but it still has a lump under its belly ? What should i do? This calf also gets scours on and off for some reason?

There is a difference between Naval Ill & a naval infection. Naval Ill starts with the umbilical cord, but sets up shop in the joints of the calf.
Any time you give an animal (or people) antibiotics, you are killing ALL bugs - good & bad. You should give the calf some Probias to replenish the good bugs it needs. The scours might just be from the imbalance of good bugs. If the calf had a naval infection, it might take a while for the lump to go away completely. If it is Naval Ill - 1 week of shots generally won't get rid of it.
