My bull may have tool troubles?

I've never noticed the bulging in front of his tool before. Is there anything there to be worried about? I'm trying to find a veterinarian that can do a BSE on him next week. He's acting normal and showing no signs of being hurt.

Looks like a small hernia to me same as you would see on a cow, but with a sheath.

My bull has the same thing had his bse couple week's ago the vet didn't say anything about it

I agree- or could be just a bug bite... Doesn't look like anything serious...

Part of the BSE is him demonstrating an ability to extend. As long as he can and he tests OK he should be good to go.
