Has she ever tried that recipe with winter squash?

She has used zucchini and yellow squash seems to me any squash would work.
I actually think the zucchini is a little better.
The girl has one of those vacuum sealers and will grade the squash let it drain then
vacuum seal it. We pretty much eat them year around.
I plant a lot of zucchini and squash for two people.

I freeze zucchini too, we also grow lots.
And tons of winter squash and pumpkins most years.

I am agreeing with Alan. I am not much of a salad eater but I made a batch of this dressing and I had to go get more salad. I really liked the dressing.

I will pass the compliment along to her.
The grandkids love them and fight over them.
They have no clue they are eating zucchini and healthy.
It is like her no carb cream cheese pie eat it till you blow up and
the little devils have no sugar high. The only problem is there usually isn't any left for me.

Girl makes her own sweet and condensed milk using Splenda and the crust out of pecans.
