Anyone at the beef expo today? Me and my son made the trip, waiting on the pen heifer sale.

Its seems down from what it has been in the past. We watched the angus sale and they averaged just over 3k a head. Some bred heifers for $2100.

I wanted to go to the Red Poll sale but couldn't make it up there

Ended up with 4 open heifers out of the pen heifer sale

Didn't go but watched a lot of it on DVAuction. Thought the Bullseye Simmental Bull sold very reasonable. Overall thought everything sold pretty well that I watched.
