Had a bull calf born Friday night and he looks pretty knock kneed to me. Photos below:

I'm keen to hear from everyone if they have had calves like this before and if it is likely that his legs will straighten out? It certainly doesn't stop him from getting around.

Thanks for your advice.

Shouldn't be a problem if you are going to feed him out. Might affect him if you want to sell him for breeding stock later on. He might also grow out of it.

It appears that a large part of his knock-knee appearance is due to the way he is standing. His right leg appears to be placed squarely under his body, but his left leg seems to be placed outward from his body, thus bowing his leg inward.

in 1 pic he appears tobe knockkneed real bad.but in the other pic you can barely see it.an in the last 1 you cant see it at all.he could grow out of it an be fine.but id sell him at the sale barn.or put him in the freezer.if he gets worse as he grows.id butcher him because youd lose money at the sale.

Not all that unusual for the legs to have peculiar angles/look to them. After a week or 2 you usually can;t tell the difference even if you look REAL CLOSE.
