We have had horses and we have Klein also. It never killed them. I thought I read it was just hard on organs, mainly the liver. It wasnt an instant death from eating a bale or two.

May I suggest you look for a new hay supplier. Contact me with a pm and I will get you names and numbers for several good hay producers in Van Zandt County. We areabout 60 miles east of Dallas.

Ya, plant it around your boundaries and maybe it will keep the horse farmers away. They tend to be pretty eccentric and think every one should change their ways just to accommodate them.
