I had a similar situation where my bull was actually the offender. After the second time he cleared the fence he sprouted wheels. I don't have time to chase a bull that doesn't respect the fences. Also, I have good neighbors so I didn't want to damage our relationship. If the bull keeps getting in your pasture your neighbor needs to be more "neighborly".
