Those heifers look phenomenal. What bloodines did you use? Also
"Plenty of good grass" is an understatement. That is quite a good field of grass. You guys must have had plenty of rain...what type of grass is that this time of year?

We have cut back and are still cutting back. Of the keeper pen once we breed we will cut some more. We have to be as careful cutting back as we have been building up. Jacob would rather keep young cows and sell older cows, I on the other hand have a very hard time letting the older proven cows go. I have to keep humming let it gooooooo! Jacob has some excellent ideas it will be fun to watch what he does with the herd in the future. As For the boss and I we are currently in DC sight seeing Jacob on the other hand was cutting hay until 10 last night.

Jacob will be just fine, Debbie. He has half the battle won, he is passionate about the cattle business. If he needs any advice tell him to call me and do the opposite of what I tell him, he will be money ahead..
