They look good. Red angus x Hereford?
No, actually most are by a 3/4 Angus 1/4 Hereford bull, and their mothers are either Hereford, BWF, or commercial black cows, that are heterozygous black.
Depending on what he is bred to the bull bull can throw solid red, solid black, BWF, RWF, or pure Hereford marked calves.
 
Nice looking bunch there, KY. Which of your bulls are they bred to? I don't see your Plummer type heifer in the pic,. Have you bred her yet?
They are bred to the 3/4 Angus bull.
He's the only bull we have right now.
The Plummer heifer and others young heifers are out with the cows and bull for another month then we'll put them in with the breds.
