If you got it bought for the money you were talking I think you did fine. I really don't think if you pay attention the clearance level will be an issue at all. That's a handy size trailer and I bet you pull it more than you think.
When the tires start to go replace with 14 ply and you will be that much happier. They are worth the dollars they cost.
