I've been to a couple of these in the past, always some good info discussed--usually given by TAMU folks.

No, but will this year. The classes vary from year to year, and they are pretty informal. Last one I went to was on vaccinations of beef cattle. I intend to go to the calving class, the hay, the brush control , parasite control, and the toxic plants class. I'll skip the barbed wire fence class--after 40 years, I think I got that down pat by now. :D
 
98 miles one way, but I usually make several trips up that way each season anyway for feed and herbicide. We don't really have much in the way of a good feed mill close by--and it gets me away from the place for a day--which I need.
