Expired pour on question

I found an unopened jug of Cydection ( expiration date 011/16) while cleaning out a closet. It's been a climate controlled area since I purchased it. Do you think it would still be effective? Or has it lost some of it's potency? I hate to get rid of it if it's still good....however, I also don't want to waste my time and effort to use it only to find out later it didn't work.

if they say its not as potent i would mix it in my oiler mix or just put in a pump up sprayer and use for external pest, That all its good for anyway IMO .

If its lost some of its potency, I'd use more than the recommended dose.to offset .before I'd lose it...
