Do you know an expert at aging cattle by teeth?

Do you know of an expert in the field of identifying cattle age by their teeth? There are many who can do it easily to the age of three some for a few years thereafter but I have not been able to find a referral for someone who does this as a profession or for research purposes. Hoping someone on this forum can help me locate someone I can use on a research project.

Up to five years old is fairly easy. After that you are just guessing by looking at the wear on the teeth. Too many other factors come into play. What type of forage and soil was the cow eating. Some grasses are hard on teeth.
