I can make out MADE IN USA at the bottom. whatever it is, that is proof that it must be old

Buddy of mine bought it today and posted it to asked if anyone knew. I didn't have a clue, but there's been several say it was the kerosene jar for a cook stove. Looks like red angus won the prize and I will mail the check as soon as my buddy funds me. :lol:
