Deputy Got A Laugh

Got paged out for a motor vehicle accident today. It had to be in a pretty steep coulee.
My partner headed down first and tripped and fell on her bad knee.
I am coming down behind her with the jump kit when I realize I can go down one of 2 ways. either go sliding down by my choice or go sliding down by gravities choice.

I sat down and using the jump kit for help I slid down the hill on my backside and straight into a patch of thistles near the bottom.
Get up and look back up on the road and there is the deputy laughing his head off at how I got down there.

It all worked out in the end. Partner got an ice pack for her knee, patient went home to their family and I am still picking thistle spines out of my socks! :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:
