Curious Bare spots around Eye

Heres a pic of some spots that have shown up in the past 2 weeks. They keep getting bigger and more white. Anyone have any idea whats causing them. There on a steer I'm feeding out that has been pened for the past 2 months.

Kind of hard to tell with the pic.

Either it rubbed the hair off or its ringworm

I thought they were just spots where he had rubbed the hare off since they weren't scabs. But I couldn't see how he could have rubbed the hair off the spot under the eye.

Hit him with some athletes foot treatment anyway and quit worrying about it. If tis ringworm it will go away. If he rubbed the hair off it will go away.

Since it isn;t scabbt looking I would lean towards lice. Look in her ears and see if there are any little yellowish tumps on any of the hair inside her ears.

Are you feeding vitamins A, D & E? It could also be lack of sunlight. We sometimes have similiar issues here in the winter months, and they go away come spring when the days get longer and the sun stronger.

He's getting all vitamins and plenty of sunlight.
