Cow feeding calve!

I have a question about cows producing milk!
Do they still produce milk for a calf on the ground when they are pregnant?

I have a bull calf which i plan on keeping to break in and maybe breed to some cows.

Yes, if not this cycle would be carried out to long to be profitable. You should generally give her 45-60 days dry before she has her next calf so they she can redevelop those secretory cells which had died.
