Cow/Calf Production Software

We need an efficient computer program/software to inventory and track indivual cows, both registered and unregistered. Also to track sires, pedigrees etc. We have recently purchased several thousand head of beef-cows for a cow/calf operation. Our main business is a feedlot operation. Thank you! (The majority of the cows are angus, so I'm considering the AHMS program.)
