cooler room

Any suggestions on how to set up a cooler room. I have blue fan fold that I was goign to hang on studs in the barn. What size should it be for two steers, what temp, and how long should i leave them in each day?
Any and all ideas and suggestions will help.

We ours keeps about 60-70 depending on the day because it is made of cinder blocks. (when its 80-90 outside its about 60 inside but any hotter than 90 it goes up to about 70 inside). The steers and heifers we have now go in about 5-5:30am and usually don't come out until, oh 7:30-8pm. Sun is what ultimately kills the hair so we avoid as much sun exposoure as possible. Sorry I couldn't answer more of your questions.
