Cluster of small bumps

Just saw this didn't touch it yet as she was running away…but she's been limping on this leg for 13 days now. Vet gave her two shots of antibiotics he thinks it's navel/joint ill….now she has a cluster of what looks like bumps on that leg….I will try to get her up tomorrow to actually feel and look at the skin but I thought someone here may know when they see it.

The pic makes it look like she has swelling just above her hoof.

I have no clue but dont think its related to the limping. Let us know what you find out .

Vet said it looked like rain scald or rain rot...the others don't have it, but 2 shots of anti biotics and I'm not surprised.

I've had a vet check her he concluded that she had navel ill/joint ill....Im not so sure, there has been no change and she never showed signs of being ill...just limping. He said her knee was swollen but not above her hoof...I wonder now if the issue is there....this is so frustrating and upsetting...I don't know what to do for her.
