Any one going to the Circle A sale on 9/16. What is your opinion about their cattle. I went a couple of times. Seems like they sold kind of high for the quality they had.

My brother and I will be headed up on friday evening for a preview and then again saturday for the sale. A friend of ours is one of the main cattlemen up there. My brother has a few marked in the catalog that fit what he wants to do genetically, now it's time to see if they stack up phenotypically. We usually hang around and have a few cool ones with the Circle A boys after the sales.
As far as their cattle, I think they have their share of good ones, but my buddy Ronnie says some of them are maneaters come calving time. He's supposed to be pointing those out to us on friday evening.
If anyone is coming down for the sale, I'd love to meet any of you all and chat over a cool frosty one. Let me know ahead of time and I'll keep an eye out for ya. I just live about 15 miles down the road from Iberia.
