I watched the chain ranch sale on dvauctionline sat. It looked like a tough sale to me. Bulls were pretty good it looked like. They didn't have papers but had lots of data. I'd say they averaged 1500 or less. I saw a few horse colts sell at the last of the sale for less than 400. One of them had a ruptured navel that sold for less than 300. It'd be hard to put on a sale of this type and make a profit at these prices. Anyone know the reason for the low prices? Drought? The sale was at Medicine Lodge Ks.
