A group of us are thinking of investing in a large Cat ranch in mexico. it is our purpose to start rather small, with about one million cats. each cat averages about 12 kittens a year, skins can be sold for about $.20 for the white ones and up to $.40 for the black ones. this will give us 12 MILLION CAT SKINS per year to sell at an average of $.32, making our revenue about $3 mil. a year. this is abuot $10,000 a day, excluding weekends.

A good mexican cat man can skin about 50 cats per day at $3.15 a day. it will only take 663 men to operate the ranch so profit will be $8.200 a day.

Now the cats will be fed on Rats. rats multiply four times faster than cats.
we will start a Rat Ranch next door to the cat ranch.
if we start with a million rats, we could feed 4 rats a day per cat . the rats will be fed the cat carcasses of the cats we skin.
this will give each rat a quarter of a cat per day.

you can see this is a very clean operation, self-supporting and
highly efficent. the cats eat the rats, the rats eat the cats and we get to sell the skins.

evenually we hope to cross the cats with snake so they will skin themselves.
