New Jersey kills gas powered vehicles

They have 125,000 or so EV on the road right now and don't have enough charging stations.
And they're supposed to have 330,000 on the road by 2025.
Existing gas cars are unaffected

It's not about saving the planet. It's all about keeping people from driving; the elites hate the fact that we are so mobile. This way they can put us all in those 15 minute cities.

Its mosty political grandstanding. The current figures can take the "credit" for making a stand, but its far enough out that when it has to be repealed they'll be long gone.

I laughed recently when on the news they said that the Brisbane City Council was going to come down heavy on people that run extension cords across the foot path to charge their vehicles. These would be people that don't have off street parking for their vehicle (they didn't think that one out well) or people that don't want to charge their vehicle under or next to their house in case it catches fire. But they are saving the planet in their minds.
