51 percent black hide gets you in the door but you still have to meet the more important quatlifications of CAB. I wish I knew why so many people are caught up with the color requirement for CAB and not striving for the quality part?

I guess they think the color is easier to obtain, and think that is all they need to qualify for CAB.
